Tackle Functional Capacity Assessments with Confidence
Are you new to completing FCAs for the NDIS and don’t know where to start?
Are you wanting to improve your FCA outcomes, your process and your report writing?
Do you want to build your assessment confidence to nail interviews and observations?
Completing FCA’s is always a daunting task, regardless of whether it is your first time or your hundredth time completing one. This is because every participant is unique and every circumstance is different. However, there is one thing you can always count on to be consistent and that is your FCA toolbox.
Building an effective FCA toolbox is your key to competing FCA’s confidently and efficiently, and this course is going to teach you everything you need to know from preparation through to assessments and report writing.
As a leading Occupational Therapy business, we have completed thousands of FCA’s and have spent years teaching others how to build their own toolbox to tackle assessments confidently and produce comprehensive and clear reports. Now we want to teach you.
This course stems off years of training practice with our own team and includes everything from assessment checklists, to our top tips and tricks, to participant role play, case studies AND a comprehensive report template for you to use.
It’s been designed to facilitate a range of learning styles including text-based learning, charts and graphs, quizzes, videos, role play videos and templates so the content can be consumed once or many times over as you practice your FCA skills.
It is a must have for any practicing, studying or experienced Occupational Therapist wanting to build their FCA toolbox and write reports with confidence.
"I recently completed the FCA-NDIS course through Otuition, and it exceeded my expectations. The content was comprehensive, the instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, and the practice tips and hands on experience of the instructors was really evident. I highly recommend this course to anyone seeking a solid foundation in NDIS assessments and reports."
Jasmine - Occupational Therapist
"I found OTuition SDA courses very helpful. I am about to embark on my first SDA development project and as I don’t work in the industry, I found the NDIS design standard a little overwhelming. I found this course provided very useful information including videos and images of completed projects and examples or real life scenarios which helped me understand the reasoning behind the specifications included in the SDA design standards."
Amanda - SDA Developer
"After this course I felt confident that I knew and understood the process and components which needed to be considered when fabricating an SDA assessment or even before opting for an SDA option for the client. I loved that it provided the structure for the report writing, what to include and examples which was helpful to see what it would look like and for something to refer back to."
