This course will fundamentally shift the way course participants view behaviour of concern by emphasising the importance of understanding the underlying factors driving the behaviour. Rather than simply reacting to behaviour as they arise, participants will learn to approach behaviour from a more informed and holistic perspective.
One key aspect of this shift is recognising that behaviour of concern are often communication tools used by individuals to express unmet needs, discomfort, or distress.
